The conference is MicroSoft Dynamics Convergence 2012. This conference is taking place at the George R. Brown Convention Center from March 18 – 21 and will attract visitors starting March 17. It will draw thousands of out of town attendees and most – if not all – hotels in Downtown Houston are already sold out. Additionally, many hotels in major Houston business centers and around the airports are also fully booked or close to fully booked.

This will be a MAJOR event in Houston for 2012 so please don’t take it lightly. People will have trouble finding hotel rooms and rental cars. Restaurants and bars can expect a very high volume of patrons. If you need to make hospitality arrangements in Houston on or around these dates, it is suggested that you take action immediately.
