Why do some people avoid going Downtown on the weekends, even when they’d like to go ice skating at Discovery Green then enjoy some shopping and a nice restaurant at Houston Pavilions?
Because they’re not familiar with the parking garages and the cost involved. Generally, parking fees aren’t too bad if you’re spending a decent amout of time downtown. However, they may seem a little cost prohibitive if you just want to run in and grab something at a shop or a quick bite at one of the many fine eateries in the area.
Houston Pavilions currently has a promotion that should allow more people to take advantage of all that Downtown Houston has to offer during the Holidays. They are offering Free Parking on the weekends – during the allotted daytime hours – with the purchase of $10 or more at a Houston Pavilions establishment. Spend more than $10 on the weekend at Houston Pavilions and park for free! Ask at our stores and restaurants!
Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
When exiting the garage, give the Free Parking Card along with your purchase receipt of $10 or more and the original pulled parking ticket to the attendant in the booth.
You must exit the garage before 5:15 p.m. on Saturday and by 6:15 p.m. on Sunday or regular parking rates will apply. Free Parking Card must be used on the SAME DAY as your purchase.
