Last week, I posted news courtesy of www.yourwoodlandsnews.com that La Torretta Lake Resort and Spa in Lake Conroe, TX was in default of their loan.

Today, in an article by Nancy Sarnoff of the Houston Chronicle, it is being reported that foreclosure proceedings are, indeed, underway on the resort property north of Houston. The development is expected to be placed in a Dec. 6 foreclosure sale.

Representatives for La Torretta have said they expect day to day operations of the resort to remain business as usual.
