I guess I’d better start making my list of which 200 beers I can sample so, someday, I can officially have a saucer of my own up on the wall of the new Flying Saucer Draught Emporium located in Sugar Land Town Center, across from Escalantes.

Flying Saucer locations are famous for their devotion and appreciation of craft beers. According to Ronnie Crocker of the Houston Chronicle, the new venue should be opening tonight.
