The week of November 14, 2011 is shaping up to be busy in Downtown Houston. Expect travel & hospitality related services to be at high levels and make hotel, transportation and dining reservations as soon as possible.

There’s an Aramark Conference, the Texas Conference for Women and a private conference for a well known tech brand that should be in town that week.

Hotels have not reported as being sold out but forecasts would indicate some hotels will be fully booked over those dates. Expect Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to be the busiest.

If you or someone you plan travel for is coming to town that week, it would be adviseable to finalize your travel arrangements as quickly as you can or risk finding your preferred choices unable to accommodate you or bumping you into a higher price range.
